yea and no because bread is all carbs and to be a bodybuilder you need lots of protein and some carbs and once you want to get bigger you up your carbs and protein Bread mostly contains carbohydrates (which are nutrients used for energy - to fuel the workouts). Bodybuilders generally eat more foods that are rich in protein (protein is the nutrient used by the body for repairing and building muscle tissue). Protein rich (and low-fat) foods recommended for gaining muscle from bodybuilding include chicken breast, turkey, fish and lean red meats.

yes definately...bread increases fat in body.... if the person needs fat,then he can eat..... if the person is healthy enough,then stay away from bread
