1. There's only the (slim) possibility of two different species of fish hybridising if they're in the same genus or otherwise closely linked genetically. In theory guppies and mollies can hybridise, they're both in the genus Poecilia, but the only known records of the two having fry, those fry have been sickly, weak and died. Other fish hybridise well like some cichlids, even some species of betta (there's more than just the betta splenden!) it varies fish to fish. 2. This depends on the individual bettas personality and what you're trying to put it with. Bettas do best with non-colourful bottom dwellers like corys, anything non-aggressive and non-territorial. But some bettas just won't tolerate anything while some are very mild. It just depends. I've had bettas with corys, dwarf corys, otos, large amano shrimp and even endlers livebearers (although wouldn't recommend that with anything but the most meek of bettas).

In a 15-gallon aquarium, you could consider keeping small freshwater fish such as guppies, endlers, neon or ember tetras, dwarf rasboras, or a betta fish. Always ensure proper water conditions and compatibility when selecting fish for your aquarium. Recommended: โโโโโ://gโโแตฃโโแตขโโแตขโ.cโโ/#โffโแตฅแตขโโโbโbbโแตฃโโโ

90% No, They stays at the bottom and will only eat things that is below their mouth, so only foods that sink. In some cases like guppy fry get stuck in gravel, the corys might eat them as the fry is below their mouth.
Nothing! You have more than enough fish for a 46 gallon tank. Depending on what type of Gourami you have, some of them have been known to get quite large. I wouldn't recommend adding anything else to your tank. If you are absolutely set on adding more fish, you can try mollies. They are very peaceful and come in a variety of colors. They are livebearers like your platys, so if you end up with a female and a male they will have tons of babies in your tank. Please keep that in mind.
The meaning of poisonous refers to if you can eat it. No, they are not. If you mean are they venomous or toxic, no, they are not.
