yes they can, if you have symptons such as ear itching
if they get inside your ear , they lay upto 3000 eggs in a matter of days
if you think this is happening to you;
1.pour onion gravy into your ear for 3 days, every 4 hours.
2.leave it for 3 days.
3.if you still find it itches, keep repeating the process.
sadly it was too late for my nan, she had already died from it:(
goodluck!
i just had a baby cockroach crawl out of my ear in my sleep, and im worried there may be more in there, as i can feel more movement
no because the eggs embryo would die on the inside out our body heat is to much for the embryo plus cockroaches are to scared to go near us so it dosent matter
cockroaches lay their eggs in rubbish or pits(I am sure of it)

yes
Cockroaches apparently DO lay eggs. they lay a very large quantity of eggs per week/month
Yes FYI IT IS NASTY
It is safer as the egg will be left undisturbed.
I suppose they could, especially if they are dead.
Cockroaches have many natural predators. These include toads, frogs, iguanas, beetles, and geckos. Some types of wasps also lay their eggs on cockroach eggs, which then feed on the cockroach eggs.
Adults lay eggs contained within egg cases that are dark-colored and roughly the same size and shape as a dry kidney bean. Depending on the species, an egg case contains between 16 - 50 eggs. Eggs hatch into young cockroaches called nymphs.
