Assuming your bank normally sends the payment each month, I seriously doubt it. An automatic payment instruction is normally honoured - unless there's a valid reason why it's not carried out. This can be insufficient funds in the account, or a 'glitch' that stopped the payment being taken.
I presume you've received a 'polite warning' notice - pointing out their payment request hasn't been made. In which case - you should first contact your bank and find out why they failed to process the payment. If their investigations find that the have sent the payment, then the fault is with Cross Fit's system failing to act on the payment instruction.
Either way - sending a customer account to collection is the last thing a company wants. They usually try to keep customers, rather than threaten legal action.
As I said - it's up to you to do some 'detective' work - and the sooner the better !
A tourniquet can be used if applying pressure and dressing it has failed and should not be removed until at a hospital or medical facility.
Foreclosure.
Only if you have failed to make the agreed payments on time.
The father's auto dealership failed and he could not make the payments.
Yes. Making payments on time is only one of several things you agreed to do when you signed the loan papers.
No. A collection agency may not legally make any false claims. However, they may have obtained a judgement by default if you failed to answer a summons.
They will sue you in court....Win...and garnish any settlements you may be receiving from the government. If they can not garnish any type of payments you receive, they will garnish your tax return, if you get one, or put leins on any property you may own, including other cars, homes, etc. You will be required by law to make monthly payments to the bank, or they have the right to repossess whatever they have a lien on, including that already paid off car, your home, etc.AnswerALSO: by failing to send the title to the car as agreed when you purchased the car, you are technically guilty of fraud, and you could even be charged in criminal court.
Never heard of it. I take effexor and I am drug tested monthly and never failed.
Up until the day they sell the car. As long as you pay the repossession fees and make up all back payments plus any administrative charges. That is if the lender agrees which they do not have to do. You broke the contract when you failed to make the payments on time so they can refuse the payments and sell the car.
