Water is very important for our body. That is why human body contains a lot of water content. About 75 % of our lean muscle tissue is water. Blood is 95 % water while body fat is 14 % water and bones are 22 % water! When we drink less of water we get dehydrated and our body show symptoms such as headache to show the lack of water. When we bend our head or move head often the pain increases. Actually the lack of water affects the supply of blood and oxygen and this is what our body shows as dehydration headache. Other symptoms besides headache may include: · Fatigue · Weakness · Constipation and decreased urine frequency · parched lips · dizziness · dry skin · rapid heartbeat You can improve the condition by drinking adequate water daily. The person affected should drink fluids and lie down to improve the condition. It will just take a couple of hours to improve a mild dehydration headache. 8-10 glasses of water is recommended intake for healthy human being. However not improving the fluid intake may worsen the condition and the person may get low blood pressure, tongue swelling, unconsciousness or die in the most extreme cases.

Simple; The average human body contains 50-65%

of water. If you don't drink enough of that water your body

can lose energy which makes your brain go slower which

then makes you nerves and tension at a high level. Tension ^ means Blood pressure ^. In addition to that your brain is suspended in a fluid that is water based, if your dehydrated the fluid here has less water which will result in it putting pressure on nerves and blood vessels in the brain cavity. Your brain is a fairly heavy thing to have resting on nerves and veins and the fluid your brain is suspended in reduces the amount it weighs and suspends it a bit. Therefore:

results to a headache.

Yes. It is an early symptom of dehydration. The foremost sign though is thirst. If you're thirsty that means you're already dehydrated. If headaches follow, it's getting worse. Delirium and unconsciousness will occur. Amd if you still don't drink water, you will die. Cheerio!

One of the symptoms of dehydration is headaches. Although it is recommended to drink at least 8 cups of water a day, it is possible to have "too much" water. Water itself does not replenish your body with electrolytes. Try drinking a Powerade and see if that helps.
