As kidneys express the excess sugar in the urine to eliminate. Also people with Diabetes are encouraged to eat less sugary food because if they eat too much there blood pressure will rise which isn't very good and also you need to keep a balanced diet however if you choose not to them you will have and balanced diet consequently you get obese.

yes if they have an uncontrolled blood sugar level,and when their blood sugar level is high they will have a sweet tasting urine.... In fact before modern lab testing for blood glucose level became available Physicians used to taste a patient's urine to diagnose Diabetes much like detectives in movies taste a bit of cocaine or blood to know what it is.

Keep in mind that it is not recommended that u taste someone's urine even though Urine is sterile in someone who doesn't have any underlying urinary tract infection but you never know :)

Because there is glucose in urine.Glucose is a sweet monosachcharide.
