Peanuts In general are a great source of protien.. And most do not have an exorbitant amount of carbs. About 7gram per serving.! Just keep in mind if your eating nuts that are in a "trail mix" the carb counts can be very high! I hope this was helpful! ..just a little tip 2 tbs of peanut butter = 7 carbs ! Melted in microwave for 10 sec makes a delicious dip for veggies..apples..ect !

cashew nuts have a lot of cholestrol, nd diabetic patients have a little reduced organ function nd repair system so they r defintly not good =)
