They might not like but they can eat it. Just put it in a bowl and see if it likes the stuff. Don't put too much in though in case it doesn't eat it and you waste a load of tuna.

Sure - so long as you don't give them too much. Tuna fish contains natural oils that are of benefit to the dog - and is especially good for their coat.
