arguably this could be a veterinary problem for Canines in the K-9 corps of the Army, Marines, and some police units- the causes would be the same-massive trauma or battle shock! ∙ 9y agoDogs can lose their memory and cognitive functions, but not the same way people do. Dogs will almost always remember the important people in their lives, but may forget things like how to go to the door when they need to go outside.

∙ 9y agoI think that the dogs have memories. I keep a dog, Jimmy, in my house and when he was nearly three months old, he liked to bite the wooden product in my house. And one day, my mother hit him with a broom. From that time, Jimmy will show the feeling of afraid when he see the broom. Someone says that this is because of the reflection, but I prefer that this is because of his memory.
