No. Adderall is a derivative of amphetamine, a potent CNS (central nervous system) stimulant. Benzodiazepines are a class of "downer" drugs; they work by depressing the CNS. The two are completely unrelated cannot be mistaken on a drug test. However, it may be useful to know that most drug tests test for amphetamines in addition to benzodiazepines, so a person with Adderall in his/her system will test positive for amphetamines on a drug test.
