Telangectasias are just dilated blood vessels. They can cause bleeding but generally not pain. If the pain is comming from the Cecum (part of the large intestine) it usually would be from some type of inflammation; either infection or inflammatory bowel disease.

Pain doen in the right lower side of the abdomen can be caused by other things such as abdominal wall pain (muscles), hernies, ovaries, or other problems.
