Paroxetine (Pazil) can be taken with medications containing hydrocodone. Ultram (tramadol) is a selective mu-agonist and will compete for binding sites with hydrocodone, so it's really best NOT to take them together.

Also, each of them, taken alone or combined on a regular basis, cause physical addiction, so stopping either or both will result in withdrawal symptoms. Hydrocodone contain in loracet is much more powerful than tramadol, but tramadol if taken it high doses, 250 or 300 mg can cause quite a high..almost equal to maybe 2 lorcets or tabs...i recommend hydrocodone because its easy on the digestive system.
