What is the legal age in ohio to leave a child home alone overnight?
yes there are people who leave there 12 year olds home alone for like 2 days
There is currently not a law that specifies the age a child has to be to stay home alone overnight. It is left up to the parents to decide if their child is mature enough to handle it.
No, but the family can leave the teen all alone, as long as there is no child, toddler, or baby that they try to leave with him/her.
It doesn't matter what age, you can't leave them alone. Might want to hire at least someone to look after them.
The legal age for all of the u.s.a is 13
Yes! If you feel comfortable doing it
You can leave responsible children alone for short periods of time, but not overnight. Children at the age of 12 can be left at home for short periods of time.
A child could usually stay home at the age of 7, but an ethical and responsible person wouldn't leave their child home alone before the age of 12.

It depends if it's an overnight thing.... If not then you can.... If yes than you really should wait until they are at least 18.
There are no laws about this. Most would say that leaving a 17 year old alone for a night would be okay.
