No. The 350 has bigger valves. While you CAN put the 305 heads on the 350, (I can't imagine why you would actually want to) you can NOT put the 350 heads on the 305. Because of the 305's small bore, the valves on the 350 heads will hit the cylinder block.

A 327 and a 350 share the same bore diameter (4.00"), but the stroke of the crankshaft is different. If you put 327 pistons on a 350 crankshaft it would put the piston 1/4" out of the hole at TDC.

Putting a 327 crank in a 350 makes it a 327. (3.25") You can't put a 327 crank into a 350 without changing the pistons. The piston would be 1/4" down in the hole, and would have very little compression.

The 305 shares stroke dimensions with the 350, so if you put a 327 crank in a 305, you'd have a de-stroked 305 with almost no compression. Displacement would be around 287 cid.
