yes you can but its not easy.
on the drivers side of the transmission is what looks like a sump bolt except its on the side instead of the bottom. this is your fill point.
what you need to do to top it up is have the engine running and the gear lever in PARK. Handbrake must also be on and chock the wheels just to be safe. while the motor is running undo that side sump plug. pump the trans fluid into the hole until it starts to come back out. this is it telling you that its full. then just put the plug back in, tighten it up and clean up any mess from the leaked trans fluid.
