no they will call immagration and take you back to your country Yes they can. My closest friend is an illegal alien and he got married to another illegal alien in the county courthouse in Illinois. All they needed was their birth certificates and identification. She didn't even have a SS#. Yes, if you have the proper identification you may be married regardless of your Immigration status. It does not guarantee you will be allowed to remain in the U.S. nor does it mean you will be deported. Those decisions are made according to immigration laws only, consult the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services website for specific information, http://www.uscis.gov

Not legally. Getting married won't make illegal immigrants legal in the US. That's not what I meant. This has nothing to do with becoming legal. I just want to know how they can get married. Only one of them has a photo ID. The other one has neither an ID nor her birth certificate right now. Where could they get married (in the US)? * A marriage would not be possible if the parties involved do not have the documentation required by the existing laws of the state in which they choose to marry. All U.S. states require photo ID, birth certificate or baptismal record, and the majority of states now also require the applicant to present a Social Security card, not just a number. That being the case it is really not possible for an undocumented immigrant who is unlawfully present in the U.S. to marry another immigrant of the same status or even in most cases a U.S. citizen.

Yes, but it will not alter their illegal status nor will it be a "red flag" to immigration services.

Can illegal alien marry with other illegal alien?

Yes anyone may marry anyone they love, except children, animals and homosexual people. Illegal aliens have the risk of being deported. That risk doubles if two should marry. They should return to their home land and live in harmony like billions of folk all around the world do. Why flock to the land where money promoted evil deeds? Life is much harder in a place were one is alien. I know it, I am an alien in Germany and cry for freedom, would love to marry a girl of the jungle and not of this bureaucratic stress.
