Apple and Sony VAIO have the best laptops out on the market today. They are both the leading classes of their respective Operating Systems (Mac OSX vs. Windows). Dell's and HP= Sony Vaio are I've heard one of the best working laptops. In fact all their other appliances seems to work very well since I own almost everything in the sony brand. I'm not sure about Dell and HP, if they are the best. But over all I think that Sony is more capable of doing versitile things. =]
