Yes. It's like second hand smoke. It's exactly the same with cigarettes. Second hand smoke can be even more life threatening than actually smoking the joint, blunt, whatever it is that is holding the marijuana.

So in a nutshell, yes it is in your system.

Usually, the person/persons testing the urine sample are able to tell the difference between first and second hand smoke. So, even if they were to find THC in the urine sample, they are most likely able to see weather or not it was taken first hand or the person was just around it.

Yes, however the chances are slim (depending on the situation).

If you're hot boxing with the smokers, you'll most likely get a contact high.

However, if you're just chillin and at a party and somebody lights up next to you, I wouldn't worry about it. If you get drug tested, of course it's a safe idea to get up out of there, but I highly doubt anything would happen to you if they were just "around you".

Yes, second hand smoke can be in your system and can cause you to go positive on a test. Well, if you undertake a drug test where they take a sample of your hair it will turn out positive.

Yes, you take it in as second hand smoke. Just like people who don't smoke get lung cancer.

Yes, somewhat. This is sometimes referred to as a "contact high". And yes, you can test positive for THC in the blood that way.
