To be honest, if you are to rip of a mole you will end up with your genitals falling off and you will generate aids in your eyelids. The best way to get rid off it would be to get a blowtorch to it and cover it in oil. If this does not work, ride a monkey and a sheep.

Only your doctor can make that diagnosis. Make an appointment to see your GP or internist. It will eliminate your stress and if necessary get appropriate treatment.
It may be absolutely nothing but there are effective treatments early diagnosis always makes things easier.
So don't be afraid call your MD it must be time for annual check up anyway. Save your money if your MD thinks the mole needs further investigation he will send you for a consultation ( evaluated & return to original MD with recommendation) or referral ( transferred to another doctor for evaluation & treatment).

∙ 11y agoNo, ripping off a mole will not cause cancer, although I would not recommend doing such. If a mole is bothering you consult a doctor to have it checked out.
