State laws govern the amount a person can make and still receive assistance such as EBT. The hourly wage is not relevant to the situation either, as such decisions are based upon total income. It's possible for any individual to earn a good hourly wage but after deductions such as FICA, health insurance, state taxes, etc. the total income might fall beneath the guidelines of the state's public assistance requirements.
The issue of child support is not relevant as those monies are delegated for the child's welfare not other members of the household.
we cant send if possible means we sould encover through stamps
I live in Indiana, and I know they keep child support to pay back TANF (welfare) In some instances Medicaid as well. Every state might be different. In my state regardless of how much child support a person gets they only receive the first $50 if they get a welfare check and the rest goes to the state. They wont take it for food stamps.
magnolia stamps are cute stamps called tilda and edwin, there like 7 pound each, there used for card making.
Depends on the weight and size of the letter.
I don't believe that the law prevents you from filing for assistance.

Yes. Food stamps are federal funds and accepted nationwide.
You will need to make an appointment and get the child support sorted out. You should take in the paperwork you have regarding custody. It is probably only an error.
His first stamp was for Austria in 1975. The link below shows you all the stamps he made.
No, they did not. However, when Mr. Obama's mother was abandoned by her husband (the president's father), for a brief period of time, she needed food stamps until she got back on her feet. She was able to graduate from college, earn a PhD and become an anthropologist. The president's grandparents were both employed and while they were not wealthy, they were able to support themselves and did not need food stamps.
