YES,flunisolide nasal spray or loratadine can cause a false-positive on a urine test. I showed positive for meth on two urine test taken the same day. One taken at the probation dept. and one taken at the VA. The one taken at the probation office was sent off for a toix screen and showed negative for meth. The VA took blood and sent it off for a toix screen and it also showed negative for meth. I ask the question and the answer is true.

∙ 12y agoyes it will, I am on probation and my probation officer ordered me not to take both those meds becasue it kept bringing me up positive for meth use. I have never used meth in my life.
