I assume you mean can one dog get another dog sick. Absolutely, depending on the disease. Can a sick human get you sick? Why would animals be any different? Humans are animals after all.
If you don't know this basic information perhaps you should not own dogs.

∙ 13y agoDogs are like people, it depends on what the sick dog has. Things like cancer or a heart murmur it can't spread, but other things like mange, worms and other parasites they can, colds too I think.

I do not know the infections that can be passed on, so hopefully you can look them up and find a better answer.
Sicknesses are the most contagious. But only about 1/16of infections can be passed on.
