Yes it does rock.. Yes you can use oxycodone apap (Tylenol) just have to cold water extract it. kind of a pain. but worth it in the end..
As far as I can tell....no, you can't do anything with those except take them as prescribed. I guess you could eat a number of them and get high as they slowly release. That is what I've done with them. I know people the have been injecting drugs and pharmaceuticals for decades and they have ALL given up trying to inject or snort these OP oxycodone pills. I recommend that you just chew it up as best you can and wait for it to sink in. This might help drug users learn some patience. I'm positive that they can't be injected because I know of several groups of I.V. drug users who have ruined dozens of them trying to just get them in a syringe.
OP has a type of gel inside that cannot be snorted or injected.
Besides, injecting prescription or street drugs is illegal and can very easily cause brain damage or death.

You can take a plain Tylenol (acetaminophen) along with oxycodone if it is plain oxycodone. Do not take too much acetaminophen - if your oxycodone already has acetaminophen or APAP in it, don't take more on top of what's already there.
