Because herpes is not blood borne, there is no need to test for herpes when donating blood.

Since herpes does not infect the blood, you should be able to donate a kidney.
I don't see why not. Herpes doesn't affect the organs or blood.

Yes, you can be an organ donor if you have herpes. If you have ocular herpes, it's possible that corneal transplant isn't possible. There should be no barrier to providing an internal organ like a kidney.
