Yes you can have feelings of being pregnant right after conception. Based on the extreme amounts of hormones being pumped by your body. So to answer your question, if you had unprotected sex, you may be pregnant and symptoms may be occuring. If you can not wait the 2 weeks to take the at-home pregnancy test I suggest you go ahead and schedule yourself an appointment at a doctors office ASAP. Base it on a regular check up if you feel embarrased, but when you go in ask for a blood pregnancy test.

∙ 16y agoNo, because there isn't enough of the pregnancy hormone in your body to cause the symptoms yet. However, if you're having symptoms of pregnancy, you may want to consider when the last time you had sex was prior to two days ago.

Your period actually started on the first 4 days and the pain was probably cramps. For many women this is normal. My guess is that you may also have PMS a week or so before your period and a few days after. If you have headaches, backaches, food cravings, swelling, sore breasts this is PMS. You can help yourself by watching sugar and caffeine intake in or around this time, take B6, and get some excerise. Over the counter pills for periods can also help and when the cramps start drink hot tea and put a heating pad on your lower back.

Take an anti-inflammatory such as Advil or take Naproxen (Aleve). Those two have been known to help the best when it comes to headaches and cramps that go with a period. Midol and Pamprin are there if you want an all-in-one cure. Most of the time, taking two Aleve is all I need.
