Yes, but they very rarely do because they don't need to blink as much as humans. Also, they sleep with their eyes open. You'll notice that if they hear a loud noise, or are scared, they will stay completely still

Yes on occasion, it's wierd, but they sleep with their eyes open, but if something scares them or they get something in their eye, they will blink. I have had mine over a year, and I've only seen her blinka few times.

Rabbits shake their heads, and run around when they are happy! It is like a sign that they are at the happiset point they can be. My rabbits usually go around run around and shake their heads throught their entire process or their happy dance. It is funny to watch! If they are just sitting there acting weird shaking their heads, than you might want to check if they are in shock, and if they are healthy. I recommend giving them something to play with, and if they play with it, that the shaking means their happy. If they don't proceed to play with it, then they may be depressed. Therefore, try finding them a friend, or taking them to the vet to see if something else is wrong if a friend doesn't help!

If yourrabbit is shaking it's ears alot and there are no mosquitosor gnats flying around I would suspect eithe stickers(from hay) or ticks in their ears or an inner ear infection. Either way you need a vet.

No, rabbits can see almost 360 degrees, but they have two blindspots: directly in front of the nose, and directly behind the head. Most of what rabbits can see, however, they can only see with one eye, so they lack depth perception in most of their vision range.

Because of the way human vision works, it's kind of difficult for us to understand the vision of animals like rabbits.

Both our eyes point the same direction. There are advantages of this (we're better at 3D) and disadvantages (we have a limited field of vision... we see straight ahead very well, but not so well off to the sides).

The general rule is that predators, and arboreal (living in trees) mammals, tend to have more "straight ahead" vision, and prey animals that don't live in trees tend to have more "off to the sides" vision.

Rabbits' eyes are on the sides of their head, so they can see what's beside them, what's in front of them, and even to some extent what's behind them, as long as it's not directlybehind them. This makes it easier for them to avoid predators, since they can see either "sideways" or "straight ahead". They can only tell how far away something is if it's directly in front of them, but usually this isn't that important to a rabbit... as far as rabbits are concerned, if you can see a predator, it's too close; you only need to know how far away obstacles are if they're directly in your path.
