NO!!! I'm sorry but whoever fool you and told you this is a fool. It is only a repo mans job to move your car if perhaps another car is interfearing with him doing his job then he consults his boss.

No. A repo agent is only permitted to move and enter the vehicle which they have an order for repossession on.

That would probably be a desperate move on their part. They have plenty of other means of finding you.

In New Jersey we are not allowed to move other vehicles out of the way to perform a repo, and we are not allowed to enter dwellings, either physically or with equipment.

No!!! Operation repo is prescripted and practiced just like any other tv show. The cars they repo are purchased especially for the show and some are even donated.

WHERE IN BUTLER COUNTY PA CAN I FIND A LEAST OF CARS OR SUV THAT ARE REPO

Yes they can, as long as it is the correct vehicle.

do I need to be bonded in nystate for repo cars

yes you can repo on work property as long as the work does not tell you other wise IE most hospitals will not allow you to repo on there property

They usually auction them.

No. Unless they're given permission from the owner of the other vehicle, they can only legally enter and move the vehicle they have an order for repossession on. If they move another vehicle, they're guilty of a criminal offense.

NO. YOU NEED A R# FROM THE STATE.

Take cars for the loan companies.

No but that does not mean they won't do either. A repo man cannot legally move another vehicle out of the way, but if he can get the car just by driving across the grass, then legally he can and probably will do so.

"debtors" can never repo cars, LENDERS can, even after you make 'arrangements". As long as you are in "default", they can repo.

Yes, afterall, the repo-car is still the legal property of the person who has sent the repo-guy to retrieve it.

Yes they can take the car were they need for safe storage. Just FYI if the repo company has the car it's no longer yours.

yes, but no cars can be moved or damaged in doing so.

The car is not yours, it belongs to whoever got the repo company to collect it. They can decide what happens to the car, if they instruct the repo company to break into it, then that's what will happen.

They can for sure be detected by GM. I would doubt a repo man would have that capability unless they are working for GMAC.

Troops get paid. That money is legal tender. Yes their cars can get repo'd. Everyone has to pay their bills.

Yes. They just can not garnish your wages for any monies owed afterwards. There are a number of other ways they can recover the balance however.

Repo rate is the rate at which rbi lends money or other securities to other banks.

It will be just like if your car was repoed. Repo on your CR,ect. The lender will collect any balance due after its sold from YOU. It's a repo on your credit, probably yours alone. This is referred to (buy lenders) as a straw purchase, if your brother's not a cosigner. People do this to get loans for friends and family who can't pass credit.

Repossessed cars that are for sale may be viewed at Auto Bid Master. They have a wide selection of cars that can be purchased through an auction type system.
