find a pain management doctor that does spinal injectionsand he can give you a epidural injection which on the nervewhich will make the pain go away. it helped me for about 3 weeks and then it came back and i had another one and it helped again. but that's not the reason for my spinal fusion i had a lot more wrong with my lower back than just my disc having my sciatica nerve pinched

Personal experience: I hurt my back when I was 30, MANY years ago. About 15 years ago, I started treatment with a different chiropractor.
