The laws on this vary from state to state. In Texas there is a statutory rape law (sexual assault). However, this law applies to a child. The definition of a child is under the age of 17. So if you are in Texas, no. 17 is the age to give concent to an adult.
Before you engage in this kind of activity, I would suggest that you look up the laws in your state. (Google "penal code sexual assault ______ <----state name). Also be sure you understand the "leagal ease" that it is written in". Some times a definition isn't what you are expecting.
