Yes you can, but not literally taking her back with you right away. You have to go back to your country and leave your wife to her country and you have to file for a petition.

∙ 9y agoIf someone gets married in Another Country and comes back to the US, the marriage is still legal. You can bring your foreign marriage certificate to the US as proof of the ceremony although the certificate must be issued by a governing body.
