===Maybe=== It varies on which state you are driving from. In Missouri, where I reside, you cannot drive out of state unless you have acquired your Full Driver's Licsence. Intermediate Liscenced drivers can only be out on the road IN STATE and during daylight hours only, except when traveling between work/school and the driver's place of residence. Learner's permits are required to stay with in the the city limits of where they reside(whether it be inside the limits or out of), I strongly urdge to check the State Law where you reside, before attempting to drive anywhere on a learner's permit. Connecticut - Yes. See weblink. Massachusetts - Seems to be yes. See answer to FAQ question 9 in Mass Faqs weblink
Yes, but you must check the laws of the state(s) you'll be driving on. While most states will permit an out-of-state driver on a learner's permit to drive in their state (pending certain restrictions), not all of them do.
No, you can't. I just got my learners permit at the end of January 2011, and I was told that I couldn't

It doesn't matter where your father's license is from - Maryland will allow an out-of-state driver drive in their state on a learner's permit, provided they conform to the restrictions and requirements both of the state of Maryland and of the state which issued the permit.
Anyone with a learner's permit from Maryland may drive in Florida. The same rules that are applicable in Maryland are also applicable in Florida.
I think that the legal limit is 17. But u get a learners permit at 16.
No, you must be supervised by a licenced driver, even as an adult.
how do i get car insurance with just my learners permit?
In Victoria a driver with a learners permit can carry only one passenger between the ages of 17 to 21. You can carry more passengers outside of these ages.
Yes, you can but you must know the laws there because you may be fined for something you don't know about. Rules could be different but if you live there and drive with Maryland tag for a long time ex change of address, go mva and get new tags for car. I was wondering, coulod you help me with a question : If a person in ' Maryland gets a second learners permit, do you have to wait another six months Yes, but car tags have to change if you live( have permanent address in there) any other questions feel free to email me: Lisa_Oziel@hotmail.com
