Limited stress in certain instances can be useful- it heightens your bodies ability to be alert and pay attention.

But stress as a day to day or long term habit has been linked (not 100% proven though) to many maladies- such as heart attacks, strokes, caner and also just general societal rejection, as many people do not enjoy being around those who stress constantly, as most attitudes are easily influenced by the attitudes of those around them.
