I am assuming you have a vehicle made by GM. It is the Pass Key system. Try getting some terminal cleaner from Radio Shack and spray it in the key hole for the ignition. That should help. Also when you theft light come on and you cant start you car turn the key all the way back to off. then turn the key to where all the excessories work but no further. The theft light will be on. let the car sit like this for 10-15 min and the light will go out. Turn the key back to off and the turn the key to start car. This should resolve the problem for some time.

One of the main drawbacks of a hydraulic stack parking system is the slowness of the retrieval system. It could take a significant amount of time for a stacked car to reach ground level, especially if the parking system moves both vertically and horizontally. Stack parking may be a viable solution to a limited parking situation, but drivers may have to learn a new set of coping skills as they wait for their vehicles to reach the ground.
