No. A bodily injury claim is taken by the insurance agent over the phone. Insurance companies ask the questions and you have to answer truthfully all the facts of the case. You can't include vehicles, names, or other unrelated entities in your claim. Fast money is no answer to resolving a car accident.
Auto insurance typically covers the car, not the driver. So, if you have insurance on your vehicle, but you drive another vehicle that doesn't have insurance, you are not protected by your policy if you have an accident in that other vehicle. However, if you have insurance on your vehicle, and you lend it to a driver (from another household) who does not have his or her own insurance, they will be covered by your policy while they are driving your car.
If you were driving someone elses vehicle and involved in an accident whether it be fatal or not then the person who owns the vehicle should have insurance on it and then the accident would be covered on that policy but if it goes over the amount that they have then its possible for yours to kick in and pay any extra.
If there is no other vehicle involved in the accident, then the only person who can be at fault is the underage driver.
Yes they can.
If you were not involved in an accident with another vehicle, scrap your car (hopefully sell it for a minimal amount) and buy a new car- you don't have many options... If you were in an accident with another vehicle, and it was the other driver's fault, their insurance should pay for your damage...if it was your fault, you are liable for any damages personally.

If the car that was involved, in an acident was insured yea!
No. This is referred to as "chain of causation". Meaning an accident was created by the another vehicle that was involved. Accident investigators begin with the last vehicle involved or that was last in motion as best they can decern. They progress from that point on to the final results of the accident and then make an evaluation as to responsibility. In this instance all drivers waiting at the light would not be at fault.
If involved in an accident in the United Kingdom, you are entitled to compensation to cover the price of your vehicle and personal injury. You merely have to have photos of the damage to the vehicle and/or personal injury.
