What is Tribal Morality?
The morality of a particular tribe. What I think you mean though is how does a morality exist that does not claim that all humans belong to it.

I imagine that somehow I would manage to survive without your computer. I mean, I have so far without even noticing.How you would feel without your computer is something you're in a far better position to answer than I am.
Why would a girl's parents be uneasy about you talking about intimacy and morality in general but they approve of you overall and encourage your relationship with their daughter at times?
If they seem to like you - congratulations! That doesn't mean they want their daughter to marry you, it isn't their choice - it's the girl's - try talking about those things with her and how she feels about them. You are in a relationship with her after all. It also doesn't mean they want to hear about how you feel about your intimacy for/with their daughter. It's a bit like your own parents/guardians telling you about their feeling for each other. Morality means a lot to a lot of different people, maybe they don't share your views. Perhaps you should talk about morality without intimacy. Or intimacy without morality, to find which they don't seem to like.

Is the world too complex to legislate morality and ethics?
It is true that the complexity of the world makes it impossible to monitor and control the morality and ethics of everybody, however, that does not mean that appropriate and well designed legislation cannot in some way help to make the world more moral and ethical than it otherwise would be. We could point out that even though murder is illegal, there are still murders being committed on a daily basis. This does not mean, however, that we should give up and legalize murder. We still need to discourage murder even if we cannot prevent all murders.

If you mean from the beginning of man, nothing! No one would have thought of anything so we wouldn't have anything. You might say it would be even more thoughtless than it already is.
