I don't believe it is possible for a cat's coat to have orange spots. Cats that have a Red Tabby (often called orange) coat can indeed have white patches on them, but more often than not these patches are random patterns and do not resemble actual spots.

Yes, cats can have orange-coloured fur. The most well-known coat pattern in this colour is the Orange Tabby.

White cats with orange spots are tabby cats. They are not specifically bred to have orange spots, but sometimes when a litter of kittens are born genetics will play a role.

What breed of cat is orange and white with one big orange spot on its belly and an orange face and m on it forehead?

the M on the forehead suggests that it is a Maine Coon --- The 'M' simply means it is a tabby, the natural coat pattern occurring on several breeds and mixed-breed cats. The colour of the cat does not suggest the breed, as many breeds can be orange and white and any mixed breed can be orange and white.

Is a male tabby cat with white and orange spots still considered calico if so is he rare and could he possibly have Klinefelter's syndrome?

No, it does not have Klinefelter's syndrome. it is just a mix-breed cat, otherwise known as a mutt for cats. It is a tabby/calico mix-breed. It is not rare and it is not a disease. it is just an unusual color pattern found on a tabby/calico mix. So don't be worried your cat is perfectly fine. I hope this helped.
