No. Cavities are places where a hole has formed in the protective coating of the tooth. That coating, called enamel, is make of a mineral called apetite, or fluoroapetite if you grew up in a community that fluoridated their water. Once it's gone, it's gone, as the cells that produced the enamel do not make more.

If you have a small cavity that has not been filled you can effectively heal it by eating or drinking Fluoride, Calcium and Phosphate and yes tooth paste can but only if you don`t rinse after brushing.
