No, you are the color you are born, regardless if a person acknowledges it or not. You cannot simply be another color. Even if a black person's pigmentation were affected by vitiligo, they would still be considered black though their shade has lightened.
It depends how you mean. If you mean in terms of dress, style, mannerisms, speech, loyalties, culture, etc., then yes.
If you mean in general or in terms of Biology, no. You can never have textured hair of your own if you weren't born with it, and you can only make yourself so dark with tanning and other means. You could apply dark makeup, but is it hard to apply it evenly to the entire visible body and keep it on.
You may be describing mixed race people. Today there are a broad number of types of mixed race people and their numbers are growing quickly as all races move around the world.
A black person cannot simply be white just as a white person can't just decide to be black. A black person who is mixed (black/white) may grow up, however, identifying as white or vice versa.
Yes, of course, the majority of white people like black people.
yes the black people do get on with the black people
because black people looked like slaves to white people
It was both but mostly white and some black people were against it because the white people would kill a black man or mabye woman if they were caught with a white man/woman
Both Black and White people live in Ohio.
people dress in black and white attire
black people suck
Navajos are white and black, happy black history month
I'm not saying this just because I'm black but I don't think any white are better than black people or black people are better than white people. I really never understood why white people didn't like black people just because they are different colors.
It depends on the country. In Canada and USA there are more White people than black people. But in Africa and Jamaica and Haiti there are more black people than white people.
White
they are black
