I have breast implants AND have had both of my nipples pierced before (my left has been pierced twice) and I AM able to breast feed (2 days over-due with first baby and leaking PLENTY of colostrum from both breasts). I had asked both my surgeon and piercing artist whether either of these procedures would interfere with my ability to breast feed in the future and they both said no, it would appear, at least in my case, that they were correct;.
