Hi i got implants done 4 years ago. The incision was made under my breast and the implant was put behind my breast tissue. My daughter is now 17 weeks old and i have just given up breast feeding. Speak to your doctor if you are worried good luck

∙ 13y agoYes You can ....I have had 4 children and breast fed the first three with out the inplants and my fourth child I did have 325cc saline inplant and it was the most sucsessfull ! So you can most def. breast feed . Just be prepared for EXTRA large breast when your milk comes in.

∙ 13y agoI have breast implants AND have had both of my nipples pierced before (my left has been pierced twice) and I AM able to breast feed (2 days over-due with first baby and leaking PLENTY of colostrum from both breasts). I had asked both my surgeon and piercing artist whether either of these procedures would interfere with my ability to breast feed in the future and they both said no, it would appear, at least in my case, that they were correct;.
