About 30minutes will do. But if you want to achieve for a better timing, you have to keep training twice a week or four times a week :)
Working out 3 times a week is better than not working out at all by far! You want to do exercises that keep your heart rate up and breathing hard. You will see changes in your body and gradual weight loss by working our 3 days a week, but it takes time for your body to show those changes. You will see faster weight loss results if you eat less carbs and sugars and work out!
