∙ 15y agoYes you can, i am a college student. and i take concerta 38, i realized i didnt have school today and i didnt feel like being productive so i took a xanax to drain my stress away. Then later i had things to do and i took another 2mg xanax. It like cancels each other out. But don't over do it, bad for your heart. Even Fatal

There are reasons why it takes a prescriptions for certain drugs. It is because the drugs have such potential problems if not taken right, or if mixed with other drugs, that a trained medical professional - like a doctor and/or pharmacist - are needed to make sure they are taken safely.
It may be that some could take those two drugs safely. Or it could be that no one can take those two drugs safely. Your doctor will know. You need to consult with him/her.
