Yes, if prescribed. Adderall and Concerta are both central nervous system stimulants and when taken together increase the risk of adverse effects including cardiac events (heart attack, tachycardia) and high blood pressure. If your doctor has prescribed these two drugs, he or she has decided that the potential benefit is higher than the risk. Do not recreationally mix these two drugs.
Yes you can, i am a college student. and i take concerta 38, i realized i didnt have school today and i didnt feel like being productive so i took a xanax to drain my stress away. Then later i had things to do and i took another 2mg xanax. It like cancels each other out. But don't over do it, bad for your heart. Even Fatal
You are asking whether it is appropriate to "self-medicate" and the answer is that it is not.
There are reasons why it takes a prescriptions for certain drugs. It is because the drugs have such potential problems if not taken right, or if mixed with other drugs, that a trained medical professional - like a doctor and/or pharmacist - are needed to make sure they are taken safely.
It may be that some could take those two drugs safely. Or it could be that no one can take those two drugs safely. Your doctor will know. You need to consult with him/her.
i have been taking concerta with effexor a (ssri) for 7 years and it seem to be ok-
Can xanix and concerts be taken together
Yes, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs the same day. However, xanax is not the best choice to reduce concerta-induced insomnia.
YES!
Why would you want to do that, xanax will just kill your trip and make you sleep.
only in a blender
A person should not mix Ativan and Xanax. This is because the two drugs work with the body in the same way and could cause an overdose.
im not sure but there wouldn't be to much of a point in it as they are so alike
rehab
I am prescibed atarax and xanax. I take 6 bars a day. Only take atarax with xanax is if you wanna sleep and ruin your xanax. But hey, atarax is relaxing and comfortable for sleep.
Yes. clonazepam (Klonopin) is a benzodiazepine sedative like Xanax (alprazolam) and Valium (diazepam). Concerta (methylphenidate) is just time released Ritalin which is a stimulant. The drug combination of clonazepam with methylphenidate will be the counteraction of the psychological "upper" and "downer" feelings of the two drugs. I take 20mg Adderall XR for ADHD every morning, and 0.5mg Xanax as needed for panic attacks (which are rare, I fill my Xanax script once or twice a year, if that).
Opioids such as percocet, vicodin, dilaudid, percodan, oxycontin, lortab Benzodiazepines such as xanax, valium, Ativan Stimulants such as Adderall, concerta and Ritalin Hope this helps!
i don't see why not, im on Concerta and i know how it is like, ive never been on Vicodin tho, if your doctor sees a problem or if you have a problem tell your doctor
