Sure can, just make sure everything is cold. (engine/exhaust)
sounds like a hole in your radiator or hoses.
Follow the top radiator hose back to the engine. There is where the t-stat housing is. Remove the hose, remove the housing, remove the old t-stat, clean gasket surfaces install the t-stat into the housing with the spring side sticking out toward the engine, use spray adhesive to attach the gasket(DO NOT USE RTV), reinstall everything and be careful to evenly tighten the housing bolts until they are snug(DO NOT RAUNCH HARD ON THE BOLTS). Fill the cooling system with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water, and burp the system.
If it is and automatic transmission....you probably have a damaged or loose hose going to the radiator.
A radiator cap can not only be hot, but it is holding in pressure. When the cap comes off under pressure, hot antifreeze will spray out, possibly causing injury.
NO! That would be dangerous. Cars' coolant systems are pressurized, so if you open the radiator cap while the engine is running, it will spray HOT radiator fluid (water mixed with ethylene glycol, usually) all over you, and sometimes drain the radiator of coolant.
The cooling system is under pressure and opening the cap can spray you (and other things) with very hot coolant.
Krylon spray paint would be a good idea to use on your radiator. It makes the radiator have a new look about it and it becomes glossy and looks decent. It is a good idea to use the spray, but have a look to see if you can find a better alternative for a cheaper price first.
The cooling gets worse. The engine can heat up. A leakage may happen. You may solve this easily by using an appropriate spray to remove rust. Then wash the radiator with a powerful jet of water.
dirt and gunk in linkages will cause accelerator to stick get some wd40 and spray on all moving parts if accelerator has a cable, renew cable as it will be clogged and rusted inside casing, making it stick
Any vaccum lines or the intake manifold it is 2 peices, I would look in to the vac lines. !warning! this is Dangerous to find on your own but you can take a (SMALL SPRAY BOTTLE) and gently AND slowly spray around the Vaccum lines till the engine Idle changes when it does there is the leak.
Mercury attacks are Shine aqua illusion, Bubble Spray, and Aqua RhapsodyM.
get a couple cans of degreaser, run engine until warm and spray on engine.be careful not to spray on airfilter and dist cap and wires!!!let engine soak for 30 min.then spray off...
