Well if you want do to bba & then pursue MBA, I would recommend you to take admission in IIPM, it's one of the best b-school in India, & the degree will be priceless & accepted worldwide (It's not cheap) But if you are looking for a cheap & recognized university then go for IGNOU....
I have seen UGC's View about Eiilm n it was pritty impressive Eiilm is a very prestigious University of Sikkim If you are doing Distance course then there is no prblem but i think that regular course of eiilm outside sikkim was not vaild according UGC Law's.
Manipal university is an very good university its not only about the bpharma but also about another cources its very good, but it depends upon the mode of education whether it is regularone or correspondenseone, If it is regular than I think no problem regarding the knowledge captured and to find a job, but if it is correspondense than up to some how it will have an effect regarding the placement.
