Yes. HOWEVER in normal circumstances the dispatcher who finds the warrant in the computer will call the primary (or issuing) agency for verbal confirmation before you would be booked on the warrant.
This will most often stop service of a warrant that is still in the computer by mistake.
I am not familiar with Nevada. That said, if a warrant is issued in New Hampshire it is valid until an arrest is made. I would venture to guess that Nevada is the same. I have never seen a warrant with an expiration date. ADDED: In addition to the warrant, you should be worried about your driving privileges. If you were charged with un-insured motor vehicle and you never took care of it, it is very likely that your drivers license is suspended/revoked.
yes you can because they dont care as long as they can say they got someone off the streetAnother View: If you were charged there HAD to be some tangible evidence produced that you were, in fact, trafficking. Just going through the verbal motions doesn't warrant that kind of charge.
If you have a warrant you are subject to arrest at any time. You may not want to interact with the state until you have taken care of your warrant.
The warrant will never expire. The only way to get it taken care of is if a judge will get rid of it.
A bench warrant implies that your identity is known, therefore no SOL's would apply. What you shuld be worried about is that you will have your driver's license suspended or revoked (if it isn't already) and be ineligible to re-instate it unless/until you take care of your legal obligation.
As often as they want until the warrant is taken care of.
Contact the GA court and (unless you already know why) determine why the bench warrant was issued. If it is something minor find out if it can be handled (pay the ticket and penalties, or whatever). If not, it may be a good idea to retain a GA attorney to handle this for you.
If you have an out of state warrant for probation vialation, you must present yourself in that state to have it takin care of.
Arrange child care and turn yourself in. If the police catch you they may put your kid in foster care.
Warrants last forever or until you take care of it.

When you apply for the official state ID care they will 'run' your name and DOB to confirm you are who you say you are, and probably discover the warrant.
