Not only can you be extradited by the state, the bailbondsman that fronted your bail will not be happy he lost the bond money he had to put up and will send a bounty hunter after you. If you did not use the services of a bailbondsman, whoever fronted the bond will lose it when the court forfeits it.
no the will go to jail in the state that they are in
Yes.
depending on the reason for the warrant, i.e.; misdemeanor/ felony, reciprocity agreements between states, and the cost of extradition, it is possible to be arrested.
You can be extradited on a class C felony anywhere in the United States. That's why you are not allowed a passport
Yes.
If the DUI is a misdemeanor DUI probably not. If the offense is a felony DUI you can be extradited from all 50 states including canada which has a agreement with the United States to extradite you back.
It is my experience that the state of Florida aggressivley prosecutes felony offenses. All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - it is impossible to know with certainty whether a particular state will choose to extradite you or not, there are simply too many variables. It may depend on the offense and the seriousness of it and/or how badly they want you returned - most states WILL extradite for felony offenses.
It will depend on the statute of limitations for the state and crime. Yes, it is certainly possible.
Can a felony form your record be removed in the state of Florida
3rd degree felony
If the charges are violent felony charges or felony drug charges you will more than likely be extradited to Missouri. If they are not felony charges there is almost no chance that Montana will do anything. Missouri must first file charges against you and then file a warrant for your arrest. Montana cannot file charges for something that happened in Missouri. They can only turn you over to the Missouri State Police to face charges there. I don't really know what "pick up charges on you" means, but you have to see a judge where the crime happened. You can be charged in Montana for something that happened in Missouri.
very likely they found mydad in North Carolina and extradited him..
