Can you be pregnant if your periods are late by a week and you are experiencing stomach cramps but no vaginal discharge at all or even spotting and a pregnancy test showed negative?

There is a small chance. You could re test in the morning since your body has all night to build up the pregnancy hormone (if any) so you should get a very accurate reading.
