Anyone with any degree can become an RN with the correct training. You must have the required prerequisites (such as Anatomy and Physiology, Chemistry, etc) required by the nursing school you are going to apply to. Then you must apply to the nursing school of your choice, complete their program, and pass the NCLEX licensing exam. A background in Biology would be helpful, but you still would be required to go through a nursing program, which doesn't require a degree.
