no , ditto can NOT make an egg with most legandarys unless they are a boy or girl , if you could make eggs with ledgandarys then i would have tons of girantinas , the only ledgandary Pokemon ( that i know of ) that you can make eggs with is cresellia and lucario = )
Lucario isn't that rare..... well he is sort of though because the only way to get one is in trade after you see one or you get it from this guy in an egg in a cave.... This is on Diamond though and that would totally rock if you could breed legendaries with ditto!!! I WISH!!!! But I've been trying a ditto with my Dialga no such luck....yet.....; )
