The most basic answer is that no, you can't.
The Acer Aspire does not come equipped with a CD drive. If you want to transfer data from a CD onto your acer aspire you can do it several ways:
1. Through another computer (via the network, for example)
2. From a thumbdrive.
3. By purchasing an external CD drive. You can find fairly cheap ones nowadays. Just make sure it does the job you need it to do (i.e. if you need to be able to use it to burn information onto a CD, make sure you find one with that capability)
