No you cannot because HIV can only occurs in these ways in intercourse, blood transfer, semen, and breast milk. There is no possible path for HIV to get in by body contact, that is the same question asking can you get it from hugging someone. It is no.

it could even be a scratch, certain infectees (the affect, HIV/AIDs positive). if the person that is affected is in a further state of "infection" it could just be a scratch, otherwise you could get severly cut and not contract it, not saying that you should try it out, its not a 100% thing about immediately contracting the disease. but, personally i would get myself checked
